# Roadmap

Gangster Arena is the first game from Uncharted Game Studio, and is designed to onboard players into games of risk and reward that are not possible without blockchain.&#x20;

Gangster Arena operates on a unique seasonal model, which gives keeps the game exciting for new players and veterans alike. $GOLD is the token that powers the Gangster Arena economy.&#x20;

## **Roadmap**&#x20;

In order to deliver a great player experience we plan to build Gangster Arena in phases based on feedback from the community.&#x20;

* [x] Phase 1 (April 2024): Launch and test game loop in a closed economy&#x20;
* [x] Phase 2 (June 2024): Introduce $GOLD, which becomes deflationary in future seasons
* [x] Phase 3 (July 2024): Introduce **Crews**. Play as a team - win together or lose together.&#x20;
* [x] Phase 4 (August 2024): Introducing 2 new ways to play: **Auction House** and **Raid Score**
* [x] Phase 5: (Sep 2024): Add **Thugs** to introduce way more players to the city of GOLD.
* [x] Phase 6: (Oct 2024): Add **Augments** to introduce variety to each season
* [x] Phase 7: (Dec 2024) Rework raids into **stash** to make gangw ars more fun
* [ ] Phase 8: Rotating leaderboards, making each season unique and fresh
* [ ] Phase 9: Crews v2 !??
