For Season 5 there will be a Gangster NFT presale. The purpose of the presale is to give an opportunity for new players to join the game and to build up a prize pool. 100% of ETH spent will go to the prize pool.

• Duration: 72 hours

• Whitelist Price: FREE (available to past players & select community partners)

• Whitelist Supply: 500 (first come first serve)

• Public Price: 0.005 ETH = 1 Gangster

• Public Supply: Uncapped

Each mint always guarantees 1 Gangster, but a few lucky ones can end up with an entire crew (up to +99 additional Gangsters). Are you feeling lucky?

Players should decide whether to buy in the presale for a fixed ETH price or wait for the game launch which has variable pricing. The presale may or may not be cheaper.

Variable Dutch Auction

In Gangster Arena, the cost of game assets is based on the number of purchases in the season. This allows the very first buyer to get an unfair advantage by buying units at a very low price.

To address this issue, we have decided to gamify the launch with a Variable Dutch Auction, where the minimum price of units will slowly decrease during the first 24 hours of launch.

• More fair, as there is no major advantage for being the first one to login

• More strategic, as players have to decide when is the right time to buy?
